The American Women Quarters Program is one of the most important modern coin programs issued by the United States Mint. Authorized by Congress, the four-year program honored influential American women whose achievements helped shape the nation’s history, culture, science, education, government, sports, and civil rights. The series ran from 2022 through 2025, with five new quarter designs released annually for a total of twenty honorees.
